Project Summary
 
As part of the Guangxi Institute of Technology, the Campus Parkside Hub is a composition of buildings directed at external use and representation: a 5-star Hotel with multi-functional podium and adjacent office cluster.
 
The main hotel tower acts as a recognizable landmark for the southern approach to the campus, including the views of the nearby motorway. It's podium is designed as a layered landscape including street side shops and restaurants as well as a garden side SPA deck and roof garden deck at the base of the tower. Connected to the main volume is a dedicated conference center with adjacent collaborative co-working spaces.
 
Clustered VIP Suite Villas offer a very distinguished accommodation for high profile guests, situated in a garden environment stretching all the way to the riverfront. This includes two courtyard clusters which can be used completely independent, offering a series of connected suites, shared social facilities and meeting / conferencing area.
