Project Summary
Three 175m residential towers feature location’s most high-end apartments. Single Flats, Duplex Apartments and Penthouses are stacked to create a “pagoda” like signature façade. At the same time, this allows to provide panoramic outdoor loggias and terraces while their overhangs simultaneously help reduce heat gains.
Double-height apartments offer an elegant loft character with flexible interior layouts. Material selection and window placement create a panoramic view of the urban surroundings while selected to reduce the buildings CO2 construction footprint.
With smart “passive design” strategies alone, the project – compared to its new next-door peers – saves:
- 30-40% of Energy Demand
- 30-40% of operational CO2 Emissions
- 30-40% of Operation Costs for Heating, Cooling and Ventilation
- 10-15% of Construction Cost
